- Download our registration form and email/fax/mail it to us:
- If you are in Whistler, you may register directly at the Core Camps office

Payment Method
Once we have received your registration, we will e-mail you a confirmation package, invoice and airport transfer details. Your Core Camps invoice will have several payment options of your choice:
- You may pay by mailing an International money order or a bank draft to 'Core Camps'.
- You may use VISA, MasterCard, American Express or JCB credit cards.
- You may make a direct deposit or bank transfer via your bank to the Core Camps account.
Please contact us by e-mail or phone at any time if you have any questions or do not receive a confirmation within 72 hours. Full payment is due no later than 30 days before your camp start date.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Requests recieved 30 days or more prior to the starting date of the course are entitled to a 100% refund of the full camp cost.
- Cancellation Requests recieved 1 to 29 days prior to the starting date are entitled to a 75% refund of the full camp cost.
- Cancellation Requests recieved after your camp has started are not elligable for a refund.
- Riders wishing to postpone their camp start date may do so with a two week prior written notice
- In case of injury, having proper travel insurance with a trip cancellation policy is your best option for reimbursement.
- Riders who register through a Core Camps agent must obtain their refund directly from the agent.
